I looked back through my phone & realised there were only a handful of images with me in them. I was always the one taking the photos, so looking back my boys would be hard pushed to find photos of us together & this broke my heart. I lost my mum in my 20’s & know first hand how important photos with your parents are, to me she was the most beautiful person & yet I only had a few photos with her. Capturing photos of you all together is probably the part of the session you’ll look forward to the least, but these are the ones your children will always treasure.
Family sessions are a chance to capture these moments of you all together, plus it’s likely one of the only times you’ll capture photos of all your children looking & smiling in the same direction (having 2 boys myself I know how impossible this can be).
I also capture photos of all the children individually, giving them each their time to shine. So family sessions are a great all rounder to capture so many beautiful photos of you all.

I have everything we need in the studio, plus tones of outfit options for babies up to 18 months. For toddlers & older children I do have some outfit options but it’s best to bring something for them just incase nothing suits, or they are reticent to get changed.
Most sessions are 1.5 hours, they’re incredibly relaxed, no pressure & I guarantee to capture a gallery of images that you will adore.

I prefer to keep my photography packages super simple & totally transparent. Every session comes with prints because I know how little time you have to organise anything in the early years & you should be able to see your beautiful images on the wall.

A large 20x20 inch print displaying 9 of your edited images
You can also buy the full 1st stage gallery (minimum 200 images with an initial edit) as a digital download for £150.
Sessions are £600 | Book any time, but I would recommend getting in touch when your baby is 6-7 months to ensure I have availability.
The school asked us to send in a family photo & we realised we didn’t have any with us all in. The session was so relaxed, even my husband who HATES having his photo taken had fun. The photos are so naturally beautiful which is what we wanted, we’re not formal, posed people so Suzi’s relaxed, authentic style was perfect

Book any time, but I would recommend getting in contact when baby is 6-7 months to ensure I have availability.
Any ages work, but a great mix is when the youngest is around 7/8 months as they are less mobile meaning sibling shots are easier.
All of my sessions are at my home studio in Hemel Hempstead. I have everything we’ll need here & you can relax with a drink while I capture beautiful photos of your little one.
I have everything we will need in the studio, although I do recommend bringing an outfit option for any children aged over 18 months as I have less options available for toddlers & children.
If you would like to bring a sibling then a family session is best. It gives us more time to capture all of you together, plus both children together, as well as individual photos.
Yes absolutely. I have two small dogs who are super friendly, but I can also keep them out of the way incase your dog was less keen on furry friends. We have a big garden your fur baby can play in when not having their photo taken & I’d capture some photos of your dog on their own, as well as family shots with you all together.
Although possible it’s best to discuss this on an individual basis as my studio is only small & if baby is unsettled on the day passing them round to different people could affect the variety of images we are able to capture.
The first gallery you receive will have a minimum of 200 images in & they will have had a first stage edit. This gallery usually comes out a week after the session. You then select the images you’d like (20 included, additional images are £20) & let me know when you are finished selecting. My editing lead-time is usually around 3 weeks, but if you need the images sooner simply let me know & I can rejig my editing list.
My family photography sessions usually last 1.5 hours -2 hours
Not to worry at all, toddlers especially can have moments when they are shy, or unsure. We take the session at their pace & are always sure to find a game that will bring them out of their shell.
