Your tiny newborn is now smiling with chubby little cheeks, tentatively crawling, or even up on their feet running around like a tiny drunk human. You can’t believe how much they have changed, in whir of nappy changes, rocking them in your arms, feeding schedules & sleepless nights, suddenly you blink & they’re doing all these new things.

I was one of the first to specialise in capturing your baby & your bond in a totally natural, honest & authentic way. My little white studio is relaxing & homely, so you’ll feel completely at ease. Imagine it’s like popping to a friends, except this friend takes really beautiful photos.

I prefer to keep my photography packages super simple & totally transparent. Every session comes with prints because I know how little time you have to organise anything in the early years & you should be able to see your beautiful images on the wall.

A large 20x20 inch print displaying 9 of your edited images
You can also buy the full 1st stage gallery (minimum 200 images with an initial edit) as a digital download for £150.
Sessions are £500 | Book any time, but I would recommend getting in touch when your baby is 2-4 months to ensure I have availability.
Finally we have some really special photos of our little boy, the phone photos just didn’t cut it. There wasn’t the detail & trying to get one with me (Sarah) in with him was impossible. We will treasure these photos forever, he’s changed so much already & I can’t wait to look back on these when he’s all grown & remember his little chubby hands & that scrunched nose smile.

Book any time, but I would recommend getting in contact when baby is 2-4 months to ensure I have availability.
Any age from 7-18 months is perfect, but my absolute favourite age for this session is 8-9 months when babies are sitting unaided & are at their chunkiest with little gummy smiles.
All of my baby sessions are at my home studio in Hemel Hempstead. I have everything we’ll need here & you can relax with a drink while I capture beautiful photos of your baby.
Bring what you would for a normal outing with baby, so some nappies, your wipes of choice, a spare outfit. But you don’t need to plan or prepare anything special.
If you would like to bring a sibling then a family session is best. It gives us more time to capture all of you together, plus both children together, as well as individual photos.
Yes absolutely. I have two small dogs who are super friendly, but I can also keep them out of the way incase your dog was less keen on furry friends. We have a big garden your fur baby can play in when not having their photo taken & I’d capture some photos of your dog on their own, as well as family shots with you all together.
Although possible it’s best to discuss this on an individual basis as my studio is only small & if baby is unsettled on the day passing them round to different people could affect the variety of images we are able to capture.
The first gallery you receive will have a minimum of 200 images in & they will have had a first stage edit. This gallery usually comes out a week after the session. You then select the images you’d like (20 included, additional images are £20) & let me know when you are finished selecting. My editing lead-time is usually around 3 weeks, but if you need the images sooner simply let me know & I can rejig my editing list.
No, I decided it would just be a print because you can then easily frame it at home in whatever frame style you wanted.
I can arrange for the print to be framed, but there would be an additional cost for this.
Not to worry at all, it is totally normal for babies to be upset at some stage within a session. But my natural approach to baby sessions means that is never a problem, in fact some of my favourite images were captured when baby was in need of comfort & I was able to photograph the honest, raw moments as mum & dad comforted their little one.
