Mia’s Newborn Baby Photos

Mia was an absolute delight for her newborn photography session.  She spent the first half awake, just casually looking around and every time I picked her up she’d give me the most beautiful smile.

Her parents had travelled over from St. Albans and Mia’s newborn photography session lasted just over 2 hours.

During which we got some amazing photos of her awake and her stunning eyes. She then went off into a lovely deep sleep, so we were able to get loads of beautifully peaceful photos of her curled up snoozing.

I always aim to get a good mix of awake and sleepy photos in my newborn sessions, plus I love t capture a good yawn.

I love how newborn babies faces scrunch up when they yawn, there is honestly nothing cuter.
