Alfie’s parents came over from St Albans & I was over the moon to hear that they’d picked me because I specialise in a more natural style of newborn photography.
To give you an insight to what I mean by natural newborn photography, I’ll start with the fact that I like to strip it all back…
- lose all the props and little outfits
- forget the jazzy poses and fashionable coloured backdrops
Because I believe that by abandoning all of the things that newborn photography has become synonymous with, then the focus becomes entirely on your baby.
I’m able to authentically capture how they slept, how they stretched, the way they moved.
So every image is a true and honest memory of your baby, not of how I was able to pose them or what was fashionable in newborn photography at the time. But simply your baby.
